The Nash Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC) is the economic development agency for the City of Nash.  The Nash Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC) is chartered as a “Type A” corporation organized under Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 501. NIDC is designed to assist new or expanding industrial, manufacturing, distribution and similar companies to locate and grow within the community. There are a variety of ways that the City of Nash and the Nash Industrial Development Corporation may assist businesses seeking to locate or expand within Nash. This website is intended to serve as the primary information source for interested businesses.

Activities of the NIDC

As the economic development agency for the City of Nash, the NIDC  functions to assist all business enterprises in locating or expanding within the City. NIDC operates a highly successful business park providing reasonably priced improved industrial sites, provides below-market rate loan assistance to qualifying businesses, assists with the preparation of grant and loan applications, maintains an inventory of available commercial and industrial sites, provides market information and assists potential businesses with permits and other requirements.
